True. But I have this weird anxiety thing that makes me incredibly self-conscious. If i had a work out buddy or trainer it would be no biggie. but since I’m solo most of the time. yeah i cant.
I want to work out my upper body, but the weight room is always full of lots of buff guys.
I don’t want to put myself through that.
